Pap-Pap’s Porch
Pull up a chair. This is where it all lands.
Every community needs a porch.
Everything we tell on the Porch eventually finds its way to one place: your inbox. No algorithm deciding what you see. No outrage dressed up as news. Just a letter from the Porch, sent on a rhythm you can count on.
Pap-Pap’s Porch is a community space dedicated to amazing people in Lake Alfred, Winter Haven, Auburndale…and every small town and city like them across America. Veterans, entrepreneurs, creators, and everyday folks trying to Rediscover (their) Purpose, Reclaim (their) Life.
Two ways to sit a while
On the Porch. Off the Porch.
On the Porch
The sit-down stories. Wisdom that sticks, gratitude worth passing on, and the folks you’d never find in the headlines. This is the slow-down part, the reason you pour a second cup before you read.
Off the Porch
Then we get up and go. Good happening right now in Lake Alfred, Winter Haven, Auburndale, and every town like them. The neighbors, the small businesses, the everyday heroes doing quiet work worth talking about. Read it, then go be part of it.
What you get when you subscribe
- The whole story, delivered, not something you have to go hunting for.
- One neighbor’s good deed worth bringing up at the dinner table.
- First word on live Porch events near you.
- No spam, no outrage, and one-click unsubscribe, no hard feelings.
Our promise: every other Friday
Same porch, same time. A promise we can keep beats one we can’t, so we’d rather be the letter you look forward to than the one cluttering your inbox.
